For reservations made by telephone or by letter, an amount of about 30% of the rental with a minimum of € 100,00 should be sent to us by means of a postal order within 10 days of our confirmation; an immediate payment is required for reservations made at our office. The above said amount making up the deposit will be reimbursed with a deduction of 30% for various expenses, in the case where a resarvation is cancelled with a valid reason by registered letter, at least 30 days before the beginning of the rental Minimum reservation: 2 weeks. |

By arrive: if inferior of Euro 1.000,00 with cash or cheque; if superior only with check. We are sorry: NO CREDIT/DEBIT CARD. A one-off payment for visitors' tax may be mandatory if required by the Municipal Administration of Bibbona. |

| C A N C E L L A T I O N S | ||||
|
Persons effecting cancellations will be reimbursed the amounts deposited with a deduction of the following expenses:
- 30% of the rental plus expenses for persons cancelling between the thirtieth and the twentieth day prior the beginning of the stay; - 50% of the rental for cancellations effected between the nineteenth and the tenth day prior to the beginning of the stay; - 75% of the rental for cancellations effected between the ninth and the third day prior to the beginning of the stay
PERSONS CANCELLING AFTER THE LAST SAID PERIOD WILL LOSE THE ENTIRE RENTAL PLUS EXPENSES. |
