La Marina del Forte is a residential area structured in four "Lots". In every Lot there is a shopping center and two swimming-pools, one olympic and one for kids. The Lots are constituted by "blocks", which are agglomerates of flats two floors high (ground, first and second floor) and composed by around 60 apartments each. The ground floor flats have a little private garden, the first floor have a veranda and the third floor a solarium. In the H Lot the second floor apartments are only studio flats (one room ) with verandas.

All the houses have kitchen and bathroom and they're supplied with crockery; linens and towels are available for rent (see prices for further information).
